LAETITIA, MANAGER OF THE RESTAURANT

 

From Le Havre, Laetitia is an autodidact. In her early 16, she took her first step in the hospitality world. She accumulated the experiences that taught her the tricks of the job and reinforced her passion for it.

Throughout the years and the encounters, her career evolved. Now she manages the restaurant and embodies the elegance and the finesse of the Tantes Jeanne.

She always tries to find new ways to better the service and the client’s experience. She also knows how to give freedom to her coworkers, so they can find their own place in the restaurant and acquire autonomy.

      OCTAVE ET LAETITIA, A CHALLENGING DUO

       

      Together for 16 years now, those two workaholics met during one of their former jobs at the restaurant La Gare in 2003.

      Since then, they build their success side by side and keep improving their establishment to reach perfection. This alchemy between Laetitia and Octave is the reflect of the harmony between what happens in the dining-room and what happens in the plate.
